The New Bennett Housing Street Townhomes

The ‘W” Real Estate has been awarded the prestigious $600,000 Bennett Street project to complete the ground-up oonstruction of 3 New Townhomes through the Wilmington Housing Authority.

The New McMullen Square Townhomes

The McMullen Square Townhomes project, kicks off in January 2024, with Phase I slated for completion by spring 2024. DAHG collaborates with Architectural Alliance, Inc. and The W Real Estate & Development Group, LLC in bringing this vision to life.
